Handmade from wood sourced locally from Chicago area urban forests. All the wood we use is from sustainably sourced forests — trees that have come down naturally or need to be removed.
No two pieces of wood we get will ever be identical. Because of this all of our products are small-batch items and unique one-of-a-kind pieces that will vary with every trip we take to our local sawmill.

Knots and minor surface indentations are sometimes a part of the piece and add to the rustic appearance of the board.
