Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All Items include free basic shipping. The standard shipping time estimate is 5-10 days. However, shipping and processing times may vary especially during times of inclement weather and high shipping volumes times such as around the holiday season.

A priority shipping upgrade is offered and is calculated based on the weight of your order. Estimated shipping times are 1-4 days

Returns & Refunds

If you want to get a refund and return the product, please send a message as soon as possible after receiving the product to info@shirewoodware.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

Also, take into account the below refund policy that is applicable worldwide.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have purchased a standard product from our official webshop shirewoodware.com. Custom-made products (customized on your request when you ordered) are not eligible for a refund.

For standard products, non-customized, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable digital products
* Customized products
* Items on sale/sales items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Before sending back anything, please contact info@shirewoodware.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then the price of the product(s) less any shipping costs will be refunded, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
